Return Policy
Shop Sixty Five gladly accepts all full price unused merchandise that bears no sign of wear or damage and that has all original tags attached for a return or exchange. If merchandise is received damaged or the tags are missing please notify us immediately via email or by calling (215) 348-8250.

All requests for a return/exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

Customers must obtain an RA Number (return authorization number) within 7 days of  receiving the merchandise from Shop Sixty Five before merchandise can be returned. Customers may call 215.348.8250or e-mail to obtain RA number. The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package, or the the package will be not be accepted. Shop Sixty Five is not responsible for damages that occur after delivery.

If you should decide to return an item, we ask that it be sent back insured for the full value (the amount you paid for the item) via a trackable method (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.)

The status of your return will be sent to you via email within 7 days of receiving the package. A refund for the purchase price of the merchandise excluding shipping and handling costs and will appear on your credit card statement within 2-4 weeks. If you requested an exchange, the status of your exchange will be emailed to you at this time.

Any item which is customized in any way, or which is a vintage or one-of-a-kind piece, will be a final sale. 

All sale items are final sale. All jewelry is final sale.

Once we have received the returned garment, we will credit your account, do an exchange or issue a shop credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returned or exchanged items.

Shop Sixty Five reserves the right to refuse the return of merchandise if goods do not meet Shop Sixty Five’s company return policy requirements.

Price Adjustments
Shop Sixty Five will offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased within 7 days of the sale start date. The exact style and size of the item must be in stock at the time of the customer’s price adjustment request. *All price adjustment refunds will be issued in the form of an online credit for use on www.shopsixtyfive.com

Return Time Period
Merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit refund within SEVEN days of the receipt of purchase. Returns will not accepted after the specified day from receipt. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return shipping costs
Shipping costs are paid for by the customer; all merchandise should be shipped via a trackable method and insured for full value.

In-store policy remains the same: full price items must still be returned within 10 days in unworn condition with original tags for exchange or store credit only.
